"Came today during the morning rush. Young man which I later found out was the GM, did a wonderful job. To only have 1 other person working along side him. The food & service was great. Me & my wife will definitely be back to this location."

"The service here was excellent. Super friendly workers every time I went. The food was not the best, but it was cheap enough to not complain. The atmosphere could have been better, but the building wasn't in the best condition and the speaker system seemed to be on its last leg. Staying open twenty four hours a day made it a very convenient option for me"

"As long aa it took to get my food after ordering you would think the order would be correct..not. I asked for no pickles and got pickles. I asked for cheeseburgers and got burgers. The burgers were salty as though someone sprinkled salt on top of them. Besides that, they just didn't taste good."

"Often they are out of basics like cheese or ice they do not respond well to special things like extra pickles and mustard. The crystal burgers do taste like they used to but I don't trust the cleanliness of the place I have complained to customer service via email which automatically said they would respond and they did not respond I don't recommend the place anymore I don't know about other locations but this particular location has gone way down Hill."

"Slow and messy. Went in at 3pm, ordered the Steamer pack, light onion; new there would be a wait. Tried to order a large sweet tea and was told they only brewed unsweet on Monday. Not sure why, but there was no interest in making tea, even though we still waited 15 minutes for the Steamer pack with light onion. Most of the onion was outside of the bun, and no mustard, some had pickle, some didn't. I'm not sure where or why they get so upset or confused. I'm the one spending $35 on a box of hamburgers with cheese. I just don't want to wear the onion when I'm eating on the, is that too much to ask? But I still want the mustard, pickle and it served hot."
