"I have been to this establishment years ago and the staff was friendly and the food was hot. This was a very different experience. I ordered a Root Beer and when I received a Diet Coke I asked the cashier to please check and see if I might have received the incorrect beverage. He stated they didn't serve diet coke even though I could clearly see that they do on the drink machine and didn't offer to correct anything. The wait was long and our order was completely wrong when we received it. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I understand why they are going out of business."

"I came through the drive-thru around 12:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning.. Omar and his crew were very fast at making my sack full of cheese crystals , they were hot and delivered to my car in just a few minutes.. Omar was a happy smiling face at the window and I was pleased to meet him and spend my moment at Krystal's. We need more workers like him."

"Not the quality of the place it's the quality of the service. The manager was friendly and greeted us as we came in. Service with a smile. The food was hot and fresh. They did not take forever to get me my food. Looks like the change the fries which was something new to me.restrooms needed some work but the restaurant was clean"

"Not sure who they have bagging their delivery orders, but make sure you don’t order from this location unless you go in person so you can check for mistakes. I’ve given this location a few chances and my order is only correct when I go in person, or at the very least I’m able to have them correct their mistakes when I’m there physically. Tried getting delivery again tonight and got the wrong drink, no fries, and only 7 of the 10 glazed bombs that we paid for. This location is atrocious as far as accuracy of their delivery orders so don’t waste your money"

"I ordered delivery early in the morning because I worked till 2am and was hungry. Paid everything and waited 40 mins just for them to cancel my order and steal my money. If I don't get my order when I come in today I'll fill a report to the better business bureau till your shut down. Canceling Is cool because I can order again but not refunding the money is theft. I better get my food or I'll make two calls one to the better business bureau and to my lawyer."
