Arby's

"This was my first time at this Arby's. The food was very decent and pretty much what I would expect from Arby's no issues. The service was mildly ho-hum though as nobody was exactly moving very quickly. For only three of us in the restaurant everyone was kind of well just moving along kind of slow lol. The floors were quite sticky particularly around the beverage area. I'll give it another visitor too before I finally rest a final opinion... but the food was good"

"Food was luke warm. Chicken tenders had some raw pieces. Management was very disrespectful argued about a coupon that stated what it actually said said they don't know how to make coupons. The cashier was rude as well. The only good thing was the beverages. The sauces were warmer than the food. I do not recommend this location"

"I have had nothing but problems at this Arby's. Phillips Hwy in Jacksonville by the Avenues Mall. I expect it will be closed down soon unless they get a new manager and staff. I went through the drive through on Dec 1, 2023 and the first thing the lady at the speaker says is we are OUT OF ROAST BEEF. How in the heck does that happen? What kinds of a manager runs this place to allow them to run out of the main thing they sell? Anyway, I asked if the brisket was available and i was told yes. I ordered the Brisket sandwich and instead of fries got cheese sticks. The time I spent in line was way longer than it should have taken. There were only a few cars in front of me and it took almost 15 minutes to get my food from the time I got in line. Then when I get my sandwich, it is horrible. They literally put 1 or 2 slices of brisket on the bun and charged me almost $14 for the combo. I have had this sandwich before and I know what it is supposed to be like and this was not it. Like I said before, I have had problems before with my order being messed. When I try to call and complain, they just do not answer the phone. I am done with this location. They suck, the employees there suck the service sucks. Stay away. Go somewhere else."

"I had the fish and chips and it was really good. Crunchy on the outside and soft inside so yummy. I had the pecan chicken salad and wow it was so amazing. It's filled with grapes, apples and amazing sauce. The staff was so helpful and friendly great smiles. I know they work hard and I appreciate them. I'll be coming back again."

"This was the best experience I’ve had at a fast food or actual restaurant in months. Service was friendly and helpful, food arrived quickly and fresh, all drinks were available, the restaurant was clean and employees were happy and friendly. Great job!"
