"The food was barely cooked, and the service was absolutely horrible. The kid behind the counter wouldnt look me in the eyes, and might as well have thrown my food at me, since he tossed it on the counter at me. I definitely will not be going back to this Krystal..."
"Baymeadows Road Store Ordered the pick five ( 3 chili cheese pups & 2 corn dogs). Got home and found the the pups were on stale, day old white sandwich bread, instead of buns). Even my dog wouldn’t eat them. Called the store but they only have an automated message & do not answer. Called the customer service line (very nice individuals) twice and still have not received a call from the franchise representative."
"Ordered a number 2 and a number 5, easy enough! Not so much, we waited over 30 minutes for our order, NO ONE WAS IN THERE. A guy came in at least 10 minutes after us and barely spoke English but still got his stuff before we did. FINALLY got our order and still had to wait on an order of fries. The food was really good but it was like they forgot to put our order in. Like I said, The food was good but the employees need to do better!"
"Considering they didn't have anyone in line or waiting or anything else you would think that they would have done a better job than what they did. All I ordered was three bacon krystals. There was no rush didn't seem like they were doing anything in there but yet the burgers I got were cold and look like they shoved them in the boxes and it's a horrible display The meat looks undercooked really nasty display I will not be going back to this crystals I will not recommend it to anyone. I understand why they have a three-star rating. I'm not even going to eat these nasty burgers."
"This was our 2nd visit to this Krystals, the 1st visit wasn't bad; the lady working drive-thru was real friendly and the Krystals were hot and fresh. Almost all Krystals get carried away with the onion, so my husband ordered 12 with cheese and light onion. They pulled us aside with 2 other vehicles already waiting- no one else in line but we waited; only about 5 minutes. All 3 orders came out at the same time; ours was not even warm but as you can see a ton of onion on the outside of each sandwich. No onion on the meat, the cheese was barely on the sandwich. I guess they don't like special requests?"
