"Don't know what they did but the food is different. They changed the bread they used for the sliders to some dollar store butter bread. It's genuinely noticeable for having a bad taste. It's so much sweeter now that it ruins the sandwiches. It didn't help that they also stopped using cardboard to hold the sandwiches. Now 9/10 times I get a soggy crushed sandwich. I honestly liked the place for a long time but the changes are noticeable. Also the French dip is good but don't get it here. They let the au jus sauce that comes with it sit for so long. I've actually gotten it cold before. I swear merril Road is a magnet for lower end variations of fast food."

"Typical Arby’s which to me has some of the best food of large fast food chains. This location can be very slow serving at the drive thru at night possibly due to lack of workers. Had to leave one time because nobody took my order at the speaker."

"I went through the drive thru tonight. The lady that took my order and gave me my food was EXCEPTIONAL. A lot of the time I feel like minimum service does not deserve more than minimum wage. This lady was kind. And sweet. Friendly. She went above and beyond checking to make sure I got what I ordered. She deserves to not only be paid more but to make sure she knows that she is helping other people feel good. Great job Arby’s!"

"I ordered the ultimate BLT on onion bun. This is what I got. This was an ultimate disappointment. Really 3 pieces of bacon. Not 3 strips but one strip broken into 3 pieces. Then no Mayo??? The workers were super nice because there was a long wait but I seriously need to check the bacon status before I leave. So sad."
