"Placed a to go order at the drive through, several items were left out of my order, which I did not notice until I got home. And it was a small order for 2 people, with an extra side each. My wife did not finish her Roastbeef sandwich, as it was far too salty, and the bread was mushy, and the tomato on my sandwich was basically slimy mush, and the meat barely warm. The food not tasting good, and items left out of my order are the reasons for the poor review. I like Arby's in general, but will not purchase from this location again."

"I just wanted to take the time to leave a positive review because of the exceptional customer service I received here today. I came thru the drive thru yesterday and ordered a double beef n cheddar sandwich, but realized after i got back to work and went to eat it that they forgot the cheese sauce. Unfortunately either i misplaced the receipt or it wasnt in the bag, so i took a couple pictures and went back in there today. Marley, as well as the rest of the staff, was extremely helpful and polite, not only did he replace my sandwich, he gave me fries and a drink and a coupon to use next time i come in to cover the inconvenience of having to come back. I will definitely be returning to this location specifically thanks to Marley and the rest of the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Thanks again Marley! :)"

"The fries were hard and burnt. The beef and cheddar sandwich was cold. You mean to tell me I had to pull forward from the drive-through and wait for food just for it to be disgusting."
