"First time eating here. Awsome experience. The staff here at this location was soooo nice. I had the club and my sister had the Cajun chicken. Had to swap half sandwich with her. Both were very good. Also had their new fries. Crunchy and delicious! Will definitely be frequenting this place more often!"

"Wow that's all I have to say.no pickles when asked for and the food was cold 5 minutes from when it was received. Not the firehouse subs I remember. I don't know if these places are individual owned by franchise or what but this location is horrible lately. I recommend trying the other locations in the mandarin area. For what you pay for these sandwiches they should serve what you pay for I could go to the mandarin ale house and get a steak dinner,12 shrimp, and 2 sides for the price of they're large sandwich for a dollar or 2 more."

"Except for that one time a couple of years back, we have had good luck with this location. The restaurant is kind of skinny so if it is busy there can be bit of two-stepping needed to get back to the ordering stand. Now that they’ve fixed the rewards app (I think it is fixed) ordering is relatively simple. The dining room is generally clean but not necessarily orderly depending on how many people have eaten in. Please, people, push your chairs in when you leave. Since I’ve had nearly every sandwich I can get one of my usuals and be satisfied with the result. Be aware that parking can be quite dicey at times. Overall this is a good location and you will be happy with your experience."

"It takes 30 minutes or more to get a sandwich to go. Tons of customers waiting for food. Slow as hell. The food was good, but cost $10 for a medium sandwhich with NO chips NO drink. Shameful how these companies are price gouging everybody"

"I’m a firehouse fanatic but and I never write reviews, but this new staff they have is poor trained and they deliver poor quality food. I ordered and they messed up my sub multiple times. Asked for a refund and they couldn’t even do that over the phone. As my sub wasn’t even cooked. I was charged extra for the customization I did and they didn’t even do anything. Manger was rude and not sympathetic. Won’t be returning."
