"Service was not good. Thankful the food was good and made up for it. We got wings and fries. Had to ask the waitress for ranch since she didn’t bring any out with order then she only brought 1 small container for 40 wings. She acted as if I inconvenienced her when I said can we get another ranch. Had to ask for refills on our drinks. The restaurant was not busy at all she just would go back in the drink area look at her phone talk with all the other staff and drink from her cup. The bathrooms were not clean either. Won’t be visiting this Hooters again."

"TL;DR Total disaster! The first time my husband and I visited this location a couple months ago, the service/food was off. He ordered wings and I ordered nachos. His wings came out and I waited 10 more minutes before asking the waitress where my food was. Apparently the kitchen “got confused” and deleted my order. We chalked it up as an accident and gave this location another chance. Today we showed up at 4 pm. We were sat in the corner at a dirty table. My husband had to lay down paper towels across the whole table because it was so sticky and there was trash from a previous visitor still on it. We saw our waitress once for drinks, once 30 minutes later to tell us our food was coming and then 30 more minutes later when she finally brought the food. The first entree that came out, an hour later, was the nachos. I ordered the regular nachos which come with chili. The nachos that were brought out (before the appetizer) were chicken with white cheese. This was pointed out to the waitress who said she couldn’t take them back, but that she would bring out the correct nachos. I appreciated the willingness to bring the correct order out, hoping it would happen quickly. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer. Those came out AFTER the nachos entree. The pickles were cold as if they had been sitting for a while and there was a hair on them. My husband and I both had already eaten one pickle each and we both gagged when we saw it. I told the waitress about the hair and she took them away. 10 minutes later, no correct nachos BUT the wings came out. He had ordered hot buffalo, all flats. They were cold, a mix of flats and drums, and tossed in the wrong sauce. They were tossed in hot honey. Again this was pointed out that they were wrong. The extra ranch never made it to the table either. Neither did the corrected nachos or pickles. At this point we asked for the manager. The manager was nice and apologized for the wait and mistakes. They comped the meal and asked if we wanted any of our corrected food to go. We kindly rejected the offer and chose to just leave instead. The manager’s customer service was great, but unfortunately it’s not enough to get us to ever return in the future."

"Amazing experience at Hooters to watch football. Tons of TVs and they are very accommodating with requests for games. Our waitress Brianna was great. Super attentive and made sure everything was perfect. My food was cooked to perfection. Great place for football, food and service."

"Parmesan garlic wings were terrific. The cheesy fries were terrible. Save the five bucks. Sweet tea was $3.29 each. Bogo Mondays - Twenty wings were $17.49. No to-go cups available. No refills offered besides it being slow on a Monday afternoon."
