"Tried to refrain from leaving a review this bad, but this location is just awful... it's purely the quality of the workers and there willingness to get the job done. This location rarely has coffees available at night and the menu gets severely restricted quite early in the evening. Where is the appreciation for night workers ar a 24 hours convenience location? Ive stop bothering to just show up. I always try to order online now to see what is available so i do not waste my time and gas coming to an location that has nothing available. I got a coffee at midnight at the town center location last night. Waste of a WAWA location."

"0 for 2 on the food pre-order. First time, they didn't even know it was there. Second time, they put the pre paid food at the register so you have to wait in line for your already paid food. And my bag did have all my food. The cashier went to the hot food place to check, she said that they hadn't made it yet and to wait back there. I go back there, the person from the hot food place goes to the register and comes back with my burrito saying it wasn't in the right back. Everyone is very nice, but the organization is terrible. On the other hand, the pre order drink area, I've never had an issue."

"I really enjoy the new Wawa being close! I have always had friendly service with every trip. Sometimes a little hard waiting for gas, but never too long. Popular and convenient to fill up. Tried a few of the drink and sandwich options. Enjoyed both."

"Dirty store, manager is rude called me ignorant to my face while being disrespectful. Store is always out of inventory and management is rude and disrespectful. Update 11/06/23 Waiting on my order go up to pick it up show my ticket manager says I just made that order and I never received it and says she will not make it again. Obviously someone else took my order that I paid for that I never received. And says she won’t make it again. This lady is so rude!!!!!!"

"Yesterday was an amazing experience for my toddler and I. This specific Wawa location was definitely a pleasant experience. I have to say their store was set up differently from all the other Wawa's. I love it here already. I got a chance to be here for the official grand opening and I must say so far they have a wonderful team. There store offered free coffee, shakes and frozen coffee are $3 this week, the donuts are fresh and look amazing, and the staff was very diverse and pleasant. This store is truly a blessing to have on university/Arlington right near the express way. They are upgrading the area and Wawa definitely give the area a touch of class. The managers were pleasant and everyone presented themselves neatly and well groomed. The attitudes of the reps were customer service ready. I give them 5 stars across the board, especially with how the store was set up and the self service coffee stations were just neat at all times. The trash cans were even nice. I will definitely be visiting this local Wawa every chance I get."
