Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

"I swear I've only been here 3x since they opened and had the worst experience all 3 times. One time I had to call corporate on them cuz it was so bad and they said they'd give me a $5 gift card that i never received and today they screwed everything up on my online order and didn't have 3 of the things I ordered! The staff is horrible! You would think that beings they just opened a few months ago, everything would be awesome! I won't be coming here no more."

"This is the most festive and best overall appearance Zaxby's restaurant I have seen. The friendly front of the house crew is very polite and accurate in order taking and serves with a smile. The chicken was grilled perfectly. It is moist and delicious. The Cobb salad was very tasty and grilled chicken cooked spot on. Floors and dining areas are very clean and entrance areas are free from sticky carpets or that wet smell as in some other restaurants. When in this area of town, I will definitely come for another visit."

"Went tonight walked in and ordered right away. The lady was very happy and confirmed our order before having us pay. Food came out quick was good and hot. The whole place was nice and clean. It’s a little tight getting in and out if the parking lot but still manageable."
