"Whoever the crew is tonight, they are the BEST! So many smiles, so much sweetness, please look at tonight‘s schedule and give some sort of kudos or bonus to the crew working tonight. Literally the best McDonald’s experience I have EVER had, same goes for my dog and kid, too!"

"You know it is really shocking with the ineptitude of a staff that doesn't want to work and take care of their customers. I went inside this location to simply get sundae and ice cream cone. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes without anyone speaking to me or bothering to take my order. The staff was more interested in taking care of the drive through than assisting customers standing at their counter. Ibeven had one employee walk directly by me without acknowledging my presence. This is a management/owner problem. It is sad this is what we get in today's world."

"It’s actually impressive that you can assemble a team of people incapable of creating and expediting 4 plain cheeseburgers within a 30 minute time window. Not only did I wait 30 minutes, they randomly got one cheeseburger wrong. I had to go inside and a girl ran up and stuck her hands in my bag of food and started opening the cheeseburgers to figure out which one they screwed up. She said they would bring me the correct 4th burger. After waiting 10 more minutes I decided to leave. If you come to this McDonald’s please bring a snack and water for your wait."

"This is the third time I come and my food has somehow consistently been cold and old, I can understand being understaff and taking a long time to deliver 2 double cheese burgers and medium fries, and I don’t mind waiting as long as my order comes out fresh, I mean these are popular items in the menu I would expect this to be a fast order. Sadly this location is the closest to many logistic business around including my work and I had a better expectation considering this is a brand new McDonald’s. Lastly I asked for my order to be replaced and they still gave me a sprite with no gas and my food was excessively salty."

"Brand new location hardly been open a month and today November 16 2023 5:40 PM and my cheeseburger is damaged near frozen this is ridiculous. I was hoping this new location would put out better service but nope same ole some ole with McDonalds."
