Louisiana Fish & Chicken

"People there were super friendly. Seemed like a staple in the area. Not the newest joint in town obviously, but adds that factor of a place that has long been standing for 2 generations or so. Chicken tenders were on point and so were the fries. Hard to find places that are as bang for buck and glad to still see places like this. They even have a 5.99 daily lunch special."

"I had the catfish nuggets and shrimp combo with fries. The shrimp was bomb. The seasoning was on point. The nuggets I wish had more flavor. Some lemon salt would've been perfect. I went thru the drive thru."

"I used to always see this place popping off but it's an odd location so I never went. Figured I may as well try and there's a reason it's always so busy. If you were to ask my favorite food in all of jax it would easily be this places fried shrimp. They are fresh, consistent, and give you a ton. The staff also makes you feel like you're their friend they haven't seen in a bit and normally I hate people talking to me."

"I've passed this place 100 times and never thought about going. Well today I just so happened to want everything from ribs to fried fish, and frustration led me to the closest place to my house. They have two drive up lines and there were about 6 cars waiting. I was in the line for 10-15 minutes and as the cars started to pile in behind me I figured it might be worth the wait. The fish was fried to perfection and the seasoning that they sprinkle on afterwards is so good that I wish I could buy some! The crinkle fries are great with the seasoning as well and they even put it on the corn nuggets.. Might I add they were good too! The seasoning definitely transformed the food!! If you're in the mood for fried fish then I would definitely give them a try! It isn't the best fish I've had but I will definitely be back for more (of that glorious seasoning)!! Sn: they rushed me through the ordering process and they forgot my ranch.. The line was so long that I didn't go back."
