"Come, see Charmaine and special thank you to the chef Michael!!! I’ve been eating at IHOP since I was probably 15…. I have never had such perfect breakfast… The omelette was the perfect proportion, perfect amount of cheese, spinach I’m serious when I say this like if you look at the menu and then you looked at my food it was identical and tasted perfect. The hashbrowns were the exact depth they should be not too mushy not too crispy and burnt. The sausage links were on point now. Yes it’s bright and early in the morning. One of the first customers of the day but This dream team is something special come on down and see him in the morning for you get on your day and you will not be unimpressed… Wow!!!"

"I really want to give negative ratings for this restaurant. Worst service we ever had. Food served cold. They took 30mins to bring the food with missing sides and orders. They brought Quesadilla without salsa and cream. Dried chicken tenders. Never gave us our strawberry milk shake. We had to remind them about our order of hash Browns and hardened eggs which they brought when our group almost finished with their lunch and instead of hardened eggs they got scrambled eggs. I would never go back to this restaurant."

"Not a bad IHOP location here in Jacksonville. Party of four, on a Sunday around 10:15 am. Clean and well organized location. 15 minute wait, neutral front host, not rude, not too welcoming either, just plain! Waitress was good, excellent memory. She could have been a bit more welcoming also. The food was good. The order came out accurately and quickly."

"Nice crepes, but it was too sweet for me. Can’t go wrong with the scrambled eggs, so that was good. Bacon was great, but waffle was my favorite."

"I have come to this IHOP a few times, I always want to customize my order and never have a problem. They always have good service that is quick and kind. This time I ordered the country bowl with gravy and asked that they sub the hash browns for mushrooms. This might be my new go to! They keep this location nice and clean, though I normally come during less busy hours."
