"Very rarely have an issue with my order, never have problems with the workers and overall great quality. Only reason I don't give a 5 star is because no one is perfect and neither are they"

"Where to start? 1) Mex pizza taste like it was heated on something burnt or some type of chemicals, can't eat. 2) Ordered tacos with no sour cream, came with sour cream. 3) Asked to round up for donation, I said yes. It was never rounded up. 4) Asked if I wanted sauce, told them Fire. Got to the window and asked if I wanted sauce.... Seriously? Yes it was the person who took my order. Got home before noticing my order was wrong. $16 and some change for a combo and added reg taco. Waste of money. Nothing difficult about the order. Made wrong and what was correct tasted terrible."

"Food is usually good, but service could use improvement. If you order through the app for pickup & it says your order is ready, they don't actually put the order on the shelf for you to pick up. Even if there are no customers at the counter, you have to wait for someone to pay attention to you and ask them for your order as they seem to put ALL online or app orders over by the drive through window. If the order is not yet finished when you arrive, they do this even after you tell them your name & you are there to pick up your order. Also they at times forget to give you your drink cup for combo orders & you have to turn around and ask them for it."

"I have gone on 3 separate occasions to this location to get the Mexican pizza and all 3 times the shell was rancid. I informed them and asked them the next visit if it was fresh and they said yes. Well they weren't and I'm just pissed this is the only taco bell near me and I rarely gave them a chance but now I'm done because no only was my shell rancid I ordered the nacho fries and they gave 8 fries. Yall charge a pretty penny for them fries I expect better for my money."

"I ordered through Door Dash it appeared the dasher was driving around in circles after my food was picked up and I live less than a mile from Taco Bell but it took the driver an hour to deliver our food. So of course it was cold when it arrived. That isn’t Taco Bell’s problem however what is Taco Bell’s problem is my daughter ordered the Doritos locos taco and she said it was stale! I also ordered cinnamon twists and didn’t get any! Instead got a bag with a few tortilla chips in it! No napkins or sauce ( this part doesn’t surprise me though)."
