McDonald's

"This is my favorite McDonald's in Jacksonville. I will drive out of my way to go to this one. They don't ask you to pull up to wait for your order. You order, you drive up and then they give you the order. They have a great system and all the workers are polite. Way to go McDonald's on Emerson!"

"I only used the drive-thru, so I can't say anything about the inside. They weren't busy at all, I was second in line when I got there. But the guy in front of me had to pull over and wait for his food, and then I had to pull over and wait for my food. Not a big deal. But worth pointing out. The food was excellent."

"Horrible employees, especially at night. When you pull up to a drive thru speaker and more than 10 min. Passes without a hello I am alone please be patient or just basic human respect should never happen. 1st of all, I don't spend my money with a business that would do that, and I know for sure they don't care about a customer that wait 10 min. Is because a couple kids were waiting on me and after being ignored for 10 min I left who knows how much longer I would of wasted time in my life that is not replaceable but that is where you teach children about respect and where you should spend your money. Plus, the food has no nutritional value at all. Why would anyone let a business disrespect them like that? e Especially for overpriced processed food that doesn't even grow mold. Only becomes petrified. The 32207 locations should be ashamed of the way they treat customers. Don't believe me go after 10pm and see for yourself."

"Soooo I'm not sure if I ordered a burger with mayo and ketchup or ketchup and mayo add burger...nobody was personable except for one lady in the back (Nicole). When we first came in it was about 11:45a and they were scrubbing the floors with bleach. Not a bad thing but it made me a little queasy and I couldn't understand why they would do that when it's lunch time. Seems like something night shift should've done. The Spanish lady was a little rude about it when I asked her if she was coming to where we were sitting but maybe she just has that type of personality. Overall I'd come back...I'll just have to ask for light ketchup/mayo but I ordered on the app and they only give 'normal, no and extra' options. No option for lite so it wasn't their fault."
