"I just left and, "Elizabeth " (that's what she said her name is) is new and terrible! She didn't smile, had a totally lame vibe, spoke in a moody tone. Her mask was under her chin & I asked her, "aren't you supposed to be wearing your mask"? She said, "NO". I told her she was supposed to be wearing it and why was she wearing it under her chin, she replied, "where is your mask"? I told her mines in the car, I've been wearing it all day and it's wet & sweaty and I told her I'm behind glass, your the one with your face over food. She she was rude, sloppily wrapped my sandwich which was exposed. After she rang me up another customer came in, I looked over while getting my drink and she was on her phone! When she saw I was watching her she put it down & walked over to serve the customer, without washing her hands!!! I stared her down and she came back & washed her hands. I miss the old staff, they became friends with my 15 year old daughter and I. They were always so kind and happy to be serving everyone, always upbeat! Chuck and Molli were the best! So was Devan! I hope they hire better staff because Elizabeth is doing an awful job! If you don't like your job & don't want to follow the rules (ESPECIALLY WITH COVID SO BAD!!@) then get another job!"

"This particular subway location is my favorite! The guys that work there are so nice and you can tell they care about their customers. They always greet everyone with a smile and they get my order perfect every time."

"Food is good. Some of the staff leave much to be desired. One worker especially acts like everything is an imposition, I.e xtra mayo or adding points to your card. If I wasn't with my 80 yo mother who wanted a sub I would have walked out after the second huff from this employee."

"It was very busy here last week on my visit. Even though the staff were rushed off of their feet they are always pleasant in service. They were having a particularly difficult day with some language barrier problems with the people in front of me so the queue was building up but they still delivered a great lunch for me and my friends!"
