"Stood at Bar for 20 minutes while employee was outside of establishment speaking with airport employee. Upon approaching once behind counter was advised bar was closed for day with very nasty attitude."

"Worst service ever. The cashier was chatting to an airport worker and didn’t acknowledge us. Then we he did told us the bar was closed because the bartender was on break for 20 min."

"I have been here several times. The quality of food is unexpectedly high. It seems like a coffee shop, but in addition to salads and sandwiches has some hot food options and a full bar. It seems pricey but the portions are large for me so can easily share between 2 people. I have not tried their cakes which look amazing, a generous slice was over $10."

"The guy at the register was super friendly and had great service. I ordered a nitro cold brew, which when I got it was just a cold brew with ice and not nitro at all. Would not put or need ice in a nitro brew either. Returned it and the lady at the other register tried to tell me they are the same thing. She proceeded to say that what came out of the tap on the left in the photo was nitro and I tried to explain that the straight tap on the right was a nitro tap. She said that the right side tap has never worked and would not even try it, and they were told to serve it all out of the left tap and she said it was the same because their nitro was hooked up underneath. Again, not the same…and I should not be charged $5+ for a nitro that is not nitro brew."

"Jax airport coffee cafe with burgers, salads, quesadillas and breakfast food. Along with a bar and coffee choices. Excellent new addition to the non-TSA side where people can wait for people that are flying. Coffee drinks hit the spot and the snacks were very tempting but I said “No evil Carbs” stay back!!"
