"Took 30 mins to get my order when they gave it to me. we had to wait another 10 mins for the kids' meal. The lady before me waited longer as I got half my order before her."

"Had order issue in drive thru, went inside to resolve issue, 4 different employees literally walked by me with their heads down to avoid the people in the lobby. When I asked if anyone could help, no one spoke and they just walked towards the back of the kitchen. I left the bag on the counter. Terrible service ALWAYS. spent $13 and left with nothing."

"CON: Placed a mobile order , in the app I put that I was sitting at table 112 ask I was asked and we had had been waiting for our food for over 30 mins . No one came to the table or checked on us to see what we’re waiting for. My 6yr started to get impatient so we walked to the front to see what’s the hold up , the woman chuckled and was told they bagged our order incorrectly as a pick up/delivery order so the bag was just sitting out getting cold. Restroom was filthy, tissue all over the ground and un-flushed toilets in both stalls , trash can was full & it was broken so you have to touch that filthy lid to throw trash away that’s probably why tissue was on the floor instead of inside the trash can. Restroom did not smell clean at all as well. PRO: They did make my food fresh is the only good thing about my experience dining inside today. Unfortunately I rather just go through the drive-thru from now on. “VALUED CUSTOMER” MY A$$ !"

"The service is usually hit or miss. But this evening I went and ordered dinner. Got the whole way home to notice the person who put my order together forgot one of the pies that I ordered. To make it worse, the pie she gave me had a sticker that said "Enjoy by 4:21 pm" I was there ordering my food at 645pm...... I admit I should have checked my bag, but seeing as I went in and ordered , I expected it to be correct. ANYWAY.. Once I realized I attempted to call the store not once, or twice, but SIX times, and got a busy signal EVERY TIME. I can say my fries were fresh and the sandwich was made correctly. Lobby is never really in spectacular condition though, wish they'd tighten up. They have some pretty nice staff."

"First of all, I have to say that I don't eat this garbage and don't normally feed it to my kid but she's exhausted and grumpy and McDonald's seemed like the easy way out. I would have been better off dealing with a meltdown after insisting she eat the food we had for dinner as opposed to going for "fast food".... This dining room is nasty AF and none of the register kiosks work. If you're not going to sufficiently staff your location, you need to keep your automated self-service equipment serviced and working properly. The franchise owner is obviously in over their head or simply doesn't care. Maybe they're an absentee investor similar to the ones snatching up homes and renting them for exorbitant prices. The girl at the counter was pleasant enough but waiting 25 minutes for McDonald's seemed a bit excessive."
