"When you see burgerfi, you expect burgerfi. I wanted some of their good fries, these aren’t them. They are frozen, battered fries. Which I hate. All the photos in the place show the real fresh burgerfi fries I have know and loved. So false advertising. Do better burgerfi, do better."

The teenager behind the counter blew me off when I asked him to properly fill the oreo shake - I’ve been going to burgersfi for years and I’ve NEVER seen one this low, wasn’t even offered whipped cream then or before. The oreo is $7!!! Unbelievably rude and with a bad attitude. Fries also taste like nothing. Super disappointed, who are you hiring? Also nearly all the chairs are broken and aren’t level - they rock like crazy."
