"I go to this krystal's all the time. The quality of service depends on the employees.. I ordered a scrambler bowl without cheese and bacon. They gave me a bowl with just grits and bacon. And she's and it is only half. Wait for the bill is on my credit card statement. A refund would be nice for my half a wrong made breakfast.."

"I have a love haye relationship with this location. I love Krystal, it is close to work, but it takes forever to get your food. Once while i was in the drive thru i was asked to pull up to wait for my food. I watched as every customer behind me got their order and drove past me. 20-30 min later i finaly get my "fast food". I like fresh as much as the next guy but............"

"Was trying to get a quick bite to eat in between dashing, and they had the music so loud I had to keep repeating myself and then While driving I looked down and there’s a damn hair in my food and I’m pretty sure they didn’t give me the correct change either they said they were unable to give me a receipt. Pretty disappointing that the pick 5 has gone up and on top of it I have to throw my food away because Hair in it and it’s too far to go back for remake or refund. Most likely won’t be back because this isn’t the first time something has been wrong with food."

"Ordered a four cheese Krystal combo, not food poisoning in a bag. Krystal burgers are stale and look absolutely lifeless. The food looks to be premade hours before handing it to me. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and didn't check the bag before leaving. Krystal needs to hire people not trying to kill the people who eat there."
