"These guys are so speedy, and their food is never messy and awful like I had gotten used to from Taco Bell before moving to Jacksonville. Their employees are friendly and I’ve never seen a bit of negativity or drama in there, which is saying a lot in a fast food restaurant. I would highly recommend them!"

"This experience was awful and will never in life visit again. They had a customer in the restaurant that had issues and did not one time try to have her leave and as far as I know 3 people left because of it. A couple and a gentleman left because of her and I decided to have my money refunded and we left because I was about to mace or hurt this woman. To make the issue worse 2 men had to be owners of the restaurant and you could tell because of how they were dressed and not one single time did they say anything plus they left the restaurant. It was 4 of us 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 6. Things were going to get worse because once she made threats I was about to go to my car and arm myself to protect my family"

"I wish inciuld give no damn stars to this horrible place. I set in the inside for over 20 mins for a mobile order I placed before 13 drive thru cars and for some reason they was more focused on pushing those cars out than my mobile order that was placed. This is the third time my order was wrong!!!!!! No meat!!! If I wanted a rice burrito with nacho cheese I would have order that but didn't! The custermer service is horrible! Bad attitudes and I'll be posting my experience on my social account and tagging taco bell and the manager on duty who allows this no care work place! If you dontnlike what you do for a living? Don't apply for a position that comes with customer care and a open line of communication. Horrible service again taco bell thank you for messing up my order! I will be making complaints until something change smdh"

"I ordered a party pack of 12 soft tacos, and they were so saturated with grease that the sealed bag holding them began to fall apart. I had to put the bag on the floor mat to protect the upholstery. If I had shown up at a party with this order, I would never be invited back."
