"We didn’t have a good experience. Our scientist was late (it happens) but then she was “off” for the performance. 2 stars bc a couple of kids had fun. Not all kids were engaged and it was because the scientist was not her best i suppose. She dragged certain acts out. When booking I specifically told the person my child has a disability, the scientist continued to blow her vacuum although the birthday boy covered his ears. They need more training in this area. When the owner called he said everyone has an off day. Which is unacceptable. A paying service is a paying service. We also did NOT get a lab coat for the birthday child, in which the owner said he would get one mailed out. It’s been 2 months and no communication. I waited before writing this review but I would never recommend this company to anyone. For the amount paid and service received, the least you could do was send my child the lab coat. Right the wrong is all we asked. Please also do better with changing a few things to help children with sensitivities. Had they explained when I asked all the details of the performance, I would’ve opted out of a few things that I know would’ve caused a meltdown. We are in 2023, there’s no excuse to not being educated on children living with any type of disability."

"We booked an event for my son's 5th birthday. It was an amazing experience. The kids were so engaged. Our scientist knew how to pull their attention and keep it. All of the parents where impressed and inquired about possible bookings for their events. My husband got a bunch of pictures. Thank you for a wonderful addition to our party. I will definitely be referring you to others and booking again."
