"Although there wasn’t a line to wait in, Jane entered her own rewards number and I did not get my points for my purchase. Upset about this, I wasn’t asked for my rewards number nor was I offered incentive to start a rewards account. I have an anccount and would like to have used it. I bet her account is stacked with rewards; would be nice if I got that too without making purchases."

"Sooo the staff at this store stated that their corporate rules don't allow backpacks in the store. They also said that their district manager strictly enforces the no backpack rule for their area. NO OTHER CIRCLE K that I've ever been to has EVER told me I couldn't come in with my backpack (I've been to countless circle Ks across Florida). My backpack is essentially my purse, the staff offered to hold my backpack behind the counter because apparently that's supposed to make me feel comfortable. Oh the irony. As a Mexican American this made me feel extremely disrespected, judged, uncomfortable, and embarassed. I guess I'm glad my white husband was there to get our stuff in the store while I waited in the front like a suspect.. thankfully he didn't have his backpack with him either. If the district manager/owner/store manager wants to enforce something like this it's going to impact their business. Also the staff was as polite as they could be, and they themselves said they don't understand all of the policies themselves. So this review is not a reflection of the staff...only the ownership/leadership of the store. If you are a person of color, or use a backpack daily please think twice before coming here or giving them your business ."

"Very large sign stuck to front window says Marlboro Gold Label $4.74 per pack when you buy 2 packs OR MORE... Sign behind register says $4.64. I ask for 10 packs, pretty sure that falls in the 2 OR MORE category. Charge??? $6.24 per pack. When I asked R. Dilon why the difference, he simply shrugged his shoulders. I said what about the sign above your head that says $4.64? He said it rings up at $6.24 no matter how many packs he rings up. Honor your advertisement on the store window and wall of cigarettes or take the damn signs down!"

"I'd give this store negative stars if I could. I've given them the benefit of the doubt a few times now. They either don't have gas, don't have the product I'm looking for or are just flat out rude. I went earlier today and an employee was in a screaming match with a customer while she was mopping because he wanted beer that was behind the caution tape. She was YELLING at him that he should have learned in Elementary school what caution tape meant. I will never go back."
