"At 11:45 on 4-19 I walked in the door to come get a sandwich that I get at multiple locations all across Northeast Florida . The two employees were visibly upset and arguing about a female manager or owner that was not present . The lady asked me what type of bread I told her and she was complaining about some problem with the bread and cooking it . She asked me what type of meat I told her double roast beef her and the other employee then had a 5-minute discussion about the amount of pieces of roast beef that go on a double roast beef and how both of them were reprimanded by a female manager or owner in the past . The two finally got it together and decided that it was 12 which I didn't really care either way then I asked for cold bacon to be put on it and that was the last straw for this dynamic duo . They told me if I wanted to put bacon on it that they would have to toast the whole sandwich or at minimum toast the bacon I tried to explain to them that the bacon is sugar cured and fully cooked to Industry standards . At that point she said no she has to worry about herself getting sued I just broke into laughter and just walked out . She sarcastically said have a nice day and I sarcastically said back to her bless your heart . As someone that has spent the last 25 years of my life in a management position I feel like it is only right to share this with you so that you might be able to get it under control before this locations becomes a non-profit ."
