"Even tho they ran out of several products, the girl at the drive thru was sweet and helped us place our order with what they did have. I think her name was Paige or Sage. She was awesome!"

"The front counter help was very rude , when asked a question she just nodded her head ,I order a roast beef slider. Got my order it had cheese on it , I went back up and said I didn’t ordered this with cheese she being rude again said it comes with cheese and you didn’t say you didn’t want cheese. I then said the menu reads roast beef not RB and cheese just RB so she told the back again being rude but the blame on me and said I didn’t say I didn’t want cheese I again pointed out it what the menu said. This was becoming a back and forth thing so I got my food and sat down. Rude people need to be in the back or at the window not at the counter. Manger didn’t say anything to her . If your working customer service and are rude or having a bad day ask to be moved."

"Went through drive thru and ordered the French Dip sandwich and they forgot the dipping sauce. Ordered my daughter a kids meal with apple juice, almost forgot to give the juice, had to remind them of it. Didnt give napkins. Went inside to get the dipping sauce and the lady from drive thru scoffed at me, luckily one of the other workers apologized and gave it to me. Was a slow evening for them so to have so many miscues AND give attitude when politely told that a few things were missing was really surprising considering their service is usually exemplary."

"Got their new hush puppies breaded fish. I didn't care for it. My favorite is still the regular roast beef sandwich and the Greek gyro. Customer service was good. Didn't go in so can't comment on the atmosphere as did a drive through."
