"My cup runneth over with fries... literally!!!! A little cheeseburger, which is actually decently large, fully loaded. A small fries is about the equivalent of 4 large McDonald's fries. I love that 5 guys still has the peanuts to grab and eat. 5 guys delivers one of the best burgers in the fast casual market. At this location, you'll find great service. On this particular meal I ordered through Uber Eats. Service was prompt and everything I needed was provided. My cup o fries was accompanied by about 4 times the cup in the bag. A traditional 5 guys maneuver. I've been in the location as well and the restrooms are always clean. The dining area is always clean. And the location is handicap accessible and close to tons of retail shopping."

"Totally understandable to be busy, especially a place that's almost always on point, the past few times every burger we've ordered has been wrong in some way or another. Employees are great, but for the price to eat here I'd definitely say they should be a bit better at getting orders correct. This last time was hands down the worst experience yet."

"The workers just don't follow instructions well. I've been here countless times trying to give them a chance to get it right. Every time I ask for a well done burger the center is still pink. Not sure if the workers don't know what a well done burger is or they just do it on purpose. What I do know is I will never visit this location again. They also smothered the buns in bbq sauce last night. Truly the worst burger I've ever had in my life. The burgers cost too much for them to be so nasty. Never again!!!"

"5 guys = 5 stars. The food here is always amazing. I really like how they have a lot of options for toppings. Most of the time I just order “all the way”. Ordering Cajun seasoning on the fries is a must! Also, they give huge amount of fries. I always order small and end up what more looks like an extra large portion. Customer service is great and service is fast."
