"The inside is a mess. I had to take my daughter into the mens room and it was filthy. Took about 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter to take my order. The food was decent."

"They did not have any tea bags for the decaf tea item, but the chili and baked potato was awesome and the lemonade, offered as a substitute, will be enjoyed at a later date as I made do with hot water."

"I might have placed my order wrong on the computer. Spicy chicken nuggets. Once I mentioned that I was given the wrong nuggets, the young man was extremely kind and changed my order with no fuss. He deserves a raise. What a nice attitude."

"APPARENTLY THIS WENDYS NO LONGER LET'S YOU ORDER A SMALL SIZE. Everything is upsized whether you want it or not! I asked to order two SMALL classic chicken sandwich meals. One with a bottle of water and one with a SMALL coke.  I even reiterated that we wanted the small size. When we got to the window,  not only were we charged for medium sized meals,  but were told that you were no longer allowed to order a small combo.  The poor employee said he's been yelled at by managers that there were no small meals before and that other customers had also been irate. To make it worse, we were given a coke that was medium , but so full of ice that it probably had less drink than a small. We asked that they remove the ice and fill the drink since they were literally MAKING US purchase a bigger combo. I wish I had also checked the fries!  When we got home, we found that our medium fries were only half full. See attached photo.  The piece of lettuce on each sandwich was a joke.  And, to top everything off, we received "spicy" sandwiches instead of the classic. Everything was wrong here.  I also didn't receive my receipt. I'm pretty sure they are not supposed to be restricting people from ordering small combos, but combined with the other tactics, they are just ripping consumers off! I would like my money back at the very least.  It was $22 and change. very bad Wendy's and I regret going back there. Things never get any better at this location."

"Update: They must have new crew because the service is not as fast and friendly as before. And I can't figure out why they still haven't opened the inside, even though the app and website say that they have. Also, the salad has gotten more expensive, while the size has gotten smaller. The food was great. It was hot and fresh, and prepared just the way I ordered it. The customer service here is great!"
