"The food is great but the EMPLOYEES; this lady got made at me for changing my little hamburger that I’m ordering for my mother clearly standing outside. I ask her to please change my burger to a normal hamburger instead of a little hamburger as she proceeds screaming at me over how she’s going to lose her job at this place for changing my order. This lady needs to be fired and hopefully she loses her job. Blonde short hair middle aged about 5’7. Worst experience ever with someone in the food industry"

"Went in here before and it was great. But as of late whenever I go there is this blond haired old lady working there. And everytime I ask for what flavors of milkshake they have, she says they have vanilla and only vanilla. Now I know this is a lie because directly after tipping, she then proceeded to say that she also has other flavors if we wanted something other than vanilla. Now I could just brush it off as her forgetting, but when it happens three weeks in a row, I don't think I can. Not to mention the amount of times I've seen her grab my fries and brush the lid of my milkshake to "clean it off" with her bare hands. I like 5 guys I really do but this service is just unacceptable. I tried today for the third time, only to be given the same attitude and the same lies about only one flavor. So this time I just walked out, and unless something changes I don't think I'll be coming back, or if anyone else should go."

"Always cold fries. The burger's only good on the bun. The meat stinks and it feels like it was found somewhere in the garbage, fried and put on your burger."

"This location should not be sweeping while customers are still in the restaurant. You sweep when the location is closed so you’re not shaking dust and dirt while people are getting their food or eating their food."

"Very good burgers, lots of fries, and free peanuts. You can get loads of toppings like mushrooms, onions, peppers, sauces at no extra cost, but bacon is $1 more and cheese is $1 more. So, the only downside is the price. A burger is $8-10 average, large fries is enough for 3 people and is $6.50. $36.50 for 2 adults and 1 child and no drinks is too pricey for this style burger place in my opinion. If it was less cost, we would visit more often, as it is now, only 2-3 visits a year as there is lots of competition with better value at this price point."
