"I am so tired of this Wendy's! To the point where I am going to get a hold of corporate even if it takes me ALL day! I've come to this Wendy's numerous times around 9:30pm and the same girl comes to the door and locks it in front of us! The lobby closes at 10pm! On top of it all the burgers, fries, even the cheese sauce is cold. I will not eat from this place again. Who's the manager that let's this associate do this? Horrible!"

"Excellent service! Jake was very professional and courteous. He took the time to wipe my coffee cup clean, labeled all the bags with the number of the order, and most important of all, he was polite and took pride in his work. He made sure to tell me which of the coffees had cream and what the numbers on the bags meant (meal numbers so I know what food item was inside the bag). Great job!"

"Late night munchies so I brought my family here visiting from Chile we live right down the road literally we got home our burgers cold, fries were old they forgot our order of nuggets and I had to return only to find out we were missing nuggets They have the ac blasting! it HAS to be below 60 degrees! in there I don’t know why they have the ac so low. I was freezing waiting for my food. I called back talked to manager he recognized my voice and repeated my order back which was fine but I told him about our food he said he put those fries in fresh for us and that can’t be true. They were chewy. I had to throw almost all our food away I wasn’t going back a third time I could’nt let my family eat that. The only good thing was our frostys. It was very clean and neat inside I’ve never been to this one before tho I probably will never eat there this late again ever."
