"For cookies, it was great. Too bad they don't upstanding what I ordered. Should have people speaking English, not Spanish only. Dumb business decisions. The experience is clearly not the focus of management. Lame!"

"The Big Mac was lacking in its special sauce, the coke was not very flavorful and mostly tasted like watered down coke, and the fries were fresh which was the redeeming quality, I only give this McDonalds a 4 stars for its service and atmosphere"

"This is the WORST McDonald’s ever. We live really close to this location but we always have to go to the one on 72 street because this location always does something wrong or forgets to put things or the food just comes out bad. Just save yourself the trouble and go to the location on 72 street. Trust me. This location is awful. I’ve gotten sandwiches with nothing on it. Rotten food. Cold uncooked fries. The list goes on and on"

"Took more than 30 minutes to get a curbside order and I had to go up to the window and get it myself. The doors are locked and only 2-3 people working. Service it horrible and workers are rude. They weren’t wearing masks or gloves while in the kitchen area. Missing items from order and burger was raw."

"I had told myself that I would not be going back to this McDonald's again because the previous visit everything was dirty, the tables weren't cleaned, and the counter help were too busy taking to attend to customers. However, I visited today on my way home and things have improved. The new, sleek look is a definite improvement and even the bathrooms are nice. The food is good and the service today was excellent. There were employees cleaning off tables as soon as customers left. After everything they've done to revamp this place, I'd recommend this location without a problem."
