"They need new management and new staff members for that drive thru. Man every time I go there’s either teenagers that are high out of their minds or I get that guy “Andy” who has a nasty attitude every time I ask for Caesar dressing. 30 mins explain to the manager that all I wanted was sauce? Man It sucks to see such a good place with good food go to waste."
"Well i came to this pollo tropical cause i was in the mood for tostones rellenos but the lady said that no longer serving tostones rellenos because it was just for the holidays, so then i asked for a cuban sandwich and that was a disater as well. A damn cuban sandwich took about 10 15 minutes then when i got it, it didnt even taste like a cuban sandwich. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE"
"Food tastes good. No longer the self condiment table. Their tomato slice sauce is now liquid. Staff seems new."
"The food menu is great. But in reality its a gamble to see if the chicken Any good for the day. Sometimes is just to dry and sometimes it can be raw. This all depends on the cook. But overall the food is great. I enjoy eating at pollo as a healthier fast food alternative. The service has been quicker lately but it’s because I noticed the locations are not as full as before. This was due To their speed of service."
