"Had to wait for service, manager finally came out obviously upset to have to take an order she had to lower herself to help a customer. Got the order wrong when I asked her to correct the order she became abusive and very rude. I asked for her name and she said that she would not give it, they don't answer to Pollo Tropicals patrons. The customer is never right and she could not care that I was right, I was the idiot that ask for the order wrong. Someone should explain to her about Lum's, Howard Johnson and the many thousands of restaurant chains that no longer exist because they forgot that it is the custmers that pays their salary and keeps the company alive. Join me don't eat at Pollo Tropical see how long they will keep the superiority attitude towards us."

"Horrible! DO NOT COME OR BUY HERE. Food was definitely not worth it at all. Service was HORRIBLE. When ask about the menu employees were reluctant to explain it. When ask for drinks, since they didn’t offered any, they say they could give me a cup of water because they didn’t want to charge me again. When ask for sauces they were annoyed and said they “had too many different ones” and yet provided only tomato sauce, not even ketchup for the fries. Whoever has to take care of this shouldn’t even bother retraining these employees. Th atmosphere after that was awkward and only wanted to get out, which was quite fast since the food was very little, the salad didnt even had dressing and the fries were poorly fried. HORRIBLE avoid at all cost."

"I had years I didn't have a meal in Pollo Tropical and it was a total disappointment. The quality came straight to zero. I ordered a 1/2 roasted chicken meal. The chicken tasted like it was cooked and heated at least 2 times already. The French fries were a complete and total disgrace. Overpriced, overcooked and stiff like wood. I asked for ice tea and it was not available. Sadly, Pollo Tropical became a matching example of the worst of Latin culture. R.I.P Pollo Tropical."

"Rude employees. Chicken not good correctly. Ive been let down alot by pollo tropical in the past decade. The quality of the food has gone down and the price up. The company stays hiring the same type of rude and incompetent people. I dont understand. I go to different pollo tropical locations because each time its bad so i want to try another location (maybe il get lucky). Im going to just stop eating pollo tropical completely. Thank you for the 30 plus years of your food but thats it. This place is a disappointment."
