"Very good food and convenient dining at MIA. Located on the 7th floor, far away from the crowd and airport craziness. We ordered guacamole with chips for appetizers, cheeseburger, caesar salad with grilled chicken and a filet. Food was fresh and delicious, a bit expensive (normal for airport) , thats why I gave 4 stars. Great option for airport."

"THE best VIP experience at MIA!! Come on up to the 7th floor of the hotel for comfy chairs, phenomenal coffee and have Carlos make you one of the best old fashioned cocktails I've EVER had. Also a GREAT views of the tarmac and entire airport!! The Manager (John) is a great guy too! He recommended that we come up here when he heard we would be here a while & I'm so glad he did. :) I'll be back here next time I'm @ MIA - count on it!!"
"Not what I was expecting. The young lady server definitely looks overworked and not happy to be there. Never once did she smile. She also failed to mention when handling me the menu what food items weren’t available. The 4 cheese flat bread was the worst of its kind - a sauce base with cheese on top and soggy dough."
"I found this place post-pandemic and knew it would be a good place to stop with the family for layovers. It's secluded and does not have heavy traffic which is why people complain about the short staffing. To me that is the sell, everywhere else is packed throughout the airport. Staff were polite, food was quick and the quality was good. The 18% gratuity bothers me whenever I go anywhere. I believe it is optional, so ask them to remove it. In my case it saves me money because I generally tip flat 20% for good service in the US. It's like a laid-back restaurant lounge bar... We will be back!"
