"The most disgusting experience happened to my Mother today just a few hours ago. Chicken was RAW and not happy with that a cacaroach was inside her Cesar salad. She is a regular there and never again will she be there. Be aware, do not eat there."
"As far as fast places go, Pollo Tropical is pretty decent. Reasonable prices and pretty good chicken. But probably the best part are their sauces. We like the cilantro based one the best. Pretty easy place to park and get in and out of as well. It seems like the drive through lanes are usually pretty busy in this chain."

"This place has a great menu alot of variety however I have been there twice both times about 7:30/8 pm and as soon as we walk up to order they tell us we only have pork and rice or chicken and rice so no need to look be looking in menu (in Spanish) so both things are actually pretty good I do recommend but on the other hand customer service is not all that great. They have made us feel rushed like hurry up and order."
