"My God, I wish i could leave -5 stars. 3 timed i had to go back to this place because they got my order wrong. First ordered the shrimp outside they still put it in I let it slide. get home no beans go back the drive thru lady has the worst customer service in the industry. I wait 10 mins they give me another platter, get home no maduros. How hard is it to get an order with 5 items right. Ps my wife is pregnant this food was for her. I pity the people responsible for this because, If they are being paid 12 an hour they are overpaid."
"What can I say, Pollo Tropical is always reliable. Good food, good overall value for the money, good rice and beans, good chiken and pork. I consider it a fast food place, some people don't. But if you have a drive thru, you're a fast food joint. They are what I consider probably the healthiest "Fast Food" joint."
"Years ago this place was under different management and it was GREAT. How can a manager not ask the staff to keep the grill CLEAN. I buy chicken there everyday and I have to slice off on both sides the disgusting burned bits and pieces of the DIRTY GRILL. Shame on pollo tropical giving dirty chicken out. When I wipe the grill burned bits it comes off dirty. You want to charge more. That's fine put out BETTER QUALITY!!!!"
"The a la carte entrées are RIDICULOUSLY tiny. The pork is $7.19 for maybe 3 ounces. The fried yuca is $5.69 for 15 small pieces, making each piece 38 cents. The best part of the meal is the sauces."
