"Editing on 11.02.23 horrible service, i see why it was empty. I haven't gone to this wendys in 6 months. The girl in drive thru doesn't understand me at all i tried to soak softly and quietly and she said i have nothing to do with your app. It wasn't an app question. It had to do with using my app at drive thru. I said nevermind i won't use my app then she said bye then have a nice day. She sounded black but when I drive by it was a white person with the headset on. Who looked at me so sideways. So unprofessional!!!! when i looked at the windowI go here alot & the service is always outstanding. Drive thru speaker works perfect. Everyone is always friendly."
