"This restaurant provides delivery service for seniors as part of the Alianza program. However, it has been called on several occasions because the food is received in poor condition and often in a decomposed state with a bad smell. We want you to take the problem very seriously since I consider this to be a form of abuse of these elderly people. This past Friday, August 18, they made the delivery service in terrible conditions after being called, they sent a fresh meal and in a different packaging from the original. Isn't this a bit weird. Who is in charge of supervising the regulations of this who has the privilege of offering this meal program to seniors. Please provide us with additional information in this regard to ensure that this location will be monitored so that the appropriate service is offered. Thank you."

"I am on a Long Term Care plan through the government. My health does not allow me to prepare food. This site started off pretty good. They brought me reasonable food. They started not respecting my menu, then they didn't bring me any more milk. Once on a Sunday they brought me a hot dog bun, a pasta with a horrible taste, and one of those apple juices they give in hospitals. Today they brought me for three days; white rice, four pieces of ripe bananas, stinky turkey ham, two sets of hospital-style oranges, and a hot dog bun with three pieces of pork. Thank God and my social worker will take me out of this place to another restaurant that is compassionate towards sick people. This meal is paid for with funds that the government provides me, but I have not benefited. Note: I called Bocasa to solve the problems with them and they never gave a solution."
