"Dirt poor customer service. They sent me the wrong order, and when I called, they never bothered to correct the order. After several attempts to contact them, I was just placed on hold and they would hang up the call."

"We’ve been going to this location for years weekly, having young kids. The pizzas lately are lacking in ingredients, or the Extra Large are being made much smaller? Have complained 3 times, but we’re going to try another location, as the pizzas are not cheap. We know the actual price of a pizza, and can’t understand why quality is being compromised during difficult times! Recently visited and it has gotten worse….if that’s possible. Visited recently and safe your money, as the Pizza has gotten worse. Spoke to person on the phone as we paid for Extra Cheese, but needless to say our request was totally ignored as both pies were deficient in cheese. Definitely will not return as they don’t really care. The pizzas were mostly bread, but most importantly they do not care."

"If I could give less than one star I would. It is absolutely frustrating to pay extra for cheese only to receive a less than adequate amount. At this point I am convinced they do this so you pay extra. This is not a $40 pizza and what’s worse is the customer service. How this company does not manage their quality control and remains in business is truly a mystery. It’s honestly not fair to spend this much to get this little."

"I ordered pizza with cheese crust and it had no taste whatsoever. The cheese was very poor quality and without taste. The pizza was so thin that it kept breaking when folding it. You sniff the pizza and nothing, no pizza smell. It tasted like cardboard . I should have gone to Costco that have better and tastier pizzas, Really! It’s all in the quality of your products. Managemnt need to take a look into this or you’ll lose customers. This is a friendly recommendation."
