"After waiting for a long time , I received disgusting over cooked plaintain. I brought them back because I think it's ridiculous to pay 6 dollars for something that should never leave the store. Mentioned it to the manager and didn't care. She said that is how they are. Hire better staff."

"I got the avocado Cilantro (grilled) tropichop and it was terrible. The dish was dry (barely any beans juice/sauce nor any beans), rice was gummy, and there were suppose to be slices of avocado on top, but instead they gave me the smallest piece of avocado...smh..On the pictures I attached, I removed the chicken pieces and it can be seen of how dry & litttle beans I was given...truly ridiculous!! About 2 weekends ago I ordered a 1/4 chicken meal & fried yuca and the beans were the same & the yuca wasn't cooked enough..smh..I assumed it would be different with the tropichop. I didn't eat either meal. I don't recommend this specific restaurant, they are taking your money and giving bad quality food. I will not be returning & the sad part is I use to like this specific restaurant."

"Specialty food, served in a fast food manner. Nice experience. No problem returning for more of a diverse menu. Both of us had the triple. Want to try salads next."

"Ok here's how this runs,186& Dixie is my least favorite Pollo T, I gave it 2 stars as the food does not reach the standard of amazing taste like the others. BUT Kendall at 117 Ave, Coconut Grove at 27Ave Pinecrest , and Coral Way &Douglas are the best and I give them 5 stars. This of course is my personal choice !"

"I cannot believe that you order an avocado tropic hop for 8.49 and the tell you it doesn’t come with avocado and charge you for it. And then they place a browning slice dividendo to 5 pieces. I have never been to show terrible ñ pollo tropical."
