PDQ Chicken

"Cashier rang me up for 2 combo's,only ordered 1,ordered sauce on side,put it on sandwich,fries were cold,sandwich slightly warm,didn't put pickles on sandwich,had to go get some,guy didn't say sorry about that,first time eating there,will be the last time! Freezing cold in dining area,most tables dirty,trash in landscaping,lot's of worker's,no excuse!!"

"I hope whoever reads this, never eat at this pdq. It is by far the worst establishment i have ever been too and the management is equally bad. Hector Gonzalez has single handedly destroyed this location. The osha violations are off the charts, they cut vegetables and raw chicken on the same cutting board. They don’t properly wash any of the dishes just hose them off and put it back on the shelf. All the frying equipment is never washed and is just left on the dirty floor. I cant count how many times we’ve dropped food on the floor and still served it. The atmosphere between the workers is very toxic and stress inducing, zero teamwork everyone is by themselves trying to get each other fired. Every new person they hire goes through no training or certification they just get put in and hope it works, if not they get replaced after two weeks. Minors get no breaks even though all the managers know its required, and they are put to work in the kitchen which is not allowed in any kitchen. I advise you to never eat here again. They also have flies in the salad and they serve raw chicken sandwiches."

"A pleasant surprise was PDQ in Miami, Florida. Sarah, our server, was kind and improved our experience. Let's now discuss about the sandwiches, which were excellent. The sandwiches were opulently filled with delectable ingredients, and each mouthful was an explosion of flavour. The sandwiches from PDQ are top-notch, with delicious pulled pork and crispy chicken. The soft, fresh buns added to the meal's overall pleasure. There are other additional selections on the PDQ menu, guaranteeing there is something for everyone. The restaurant was a terrific place for a casual supper with friends or family because of the inviting and laid-back ambiance. In conclusion, PDQ makes delicious sandwiches that you must try."

"This place was AMAZING! The food was incredible and the customer service was next level. And it’s the little things. Super friendly staff, took time to chat with us and looked at our faces the whole time! Big straws for our shakes, and Greg bringing us water without asking for it with our shakes. Blown away! "Extremely disappointed with myself after giving this PDQ a third try today. After going there two other time in the past and being disappointed, I should have just gave up on this place. The line is always long and the fries are always old and cold. The employees that work inside this place must cook everything early and serve it to their customers throughout the day after it has been sitting there all day. I swear they never have fresh food in this place. You would think being a new restaurant in the area the food would be better. Maybe the owner of this place should stop by from time to time to see what the employees are doing in this place, because they can’t be cooking fresh food, the fries are hard and cold and just to warm them up they drop them in the grease twice! Horrible Horrible Horrible place to eat. Save your money and go to KFC down the street!"
