"If I could I would put 0 I ordered 2 tropichops and this is what I got in one of them a piece of paper. Besides the point that it had almost no rice or chicken but who was going to eat it anyways if it had a piece of paper in it. Disgusting!!!"

"So food was ok but what I totally hate about this place is that as I went to pay for my food the cashier tells me I don’t have change for $100 dollar bill. I guess he is is not smart enough to have sufficient cash in his drawer nor the company is so poor that they can’t give change for a 100 dollar bill. Pollo tropical top office needs to look into this store. Really sad place"
