Rib’s On Wheels

"Just had some food at the kite festival and was not good at all, the bread was wet and soggy, the burger half cooked, the meat on the rib sandwich had no flavor and the fries overcooked. Also, tipped more than 25% and still had to ask for ketchup and napkins which was given with a face. I posted a review on their IG page and was deleted right away instead of apologizing and trying to make it better, so here it is, try deleting this one..,and also,,,step it up people, competition is tough now day."

"We stopped for dinner on a Saturday night while looking for something different to eat. This food truck is located by a auto zone and it seemed pretty empty when we went (only one couple eating) however we noticed the back to back delivery pickups so we decided to give it a try. The service was good while we’re re there as well. We tried the ribwich mini sliders which I really enjoyed, but I would have preferred if the cilantro sauce wasn’t fridge cold before putting on the meal. We also ordered the meaty trio which brings chicken, churrasco and ribs with tostones. All the meats had good flavor and the rib meat was tender. Might not be the best ribs I’ve had , but everything was solid. (If you are a ketchup person they do not have ketchup) The fried Oreos were good , but they were smothered with Nutella and I would have preferred it on the side."

"When we say this on google we did not actually expect a food truck! We were very pleasantly surprised as all the food was so good, so flavorful. Leftovers the next day were also so good. We highly recommend this place to anyone in the area. Also, food is cooked fresh to order and you will get friendly service with a smile - love that!"

"We stopped by today and it was in fact delicious. The ribs mild honey bbq left my girlfriend and I speechless. There’s literally nothing left. Such a great place including the dessert hit the spot. 1000% recommend."

"We have been waiting weeks to try this food truck and it was worth the wait. The ribs are perfectly glazed with sauce and does not overpower the amazing taste; there is no tug when you bite into the meat, it just falls off the bone. The Churrasco bowl is delicious and the meat is tender and perfectly seasoned. However, the main star of this show, in my opinion, is the toston nachos! The right amount of heat on the toppings, the pull pork is sooo tasty and enough tostones to share between four people (or two if you are greedy). This food truck does move around from their main location in 117ave so make sure to confirm where they are located before ordering. They also offer order ahead, so you can order before they open so that you don’t have too long to wait. A must try if you are in the Kendall region!"
