"I went to this restaurant with my wife for dinner for the first time last night. I ordered the Parrillada for 2. Honestly, the meat was full of fat, and I was disappointed with the low quality of meat that they serve. There's way better restaurants with higher quality of meat half the price. I definitely will not go back to this restaurant. It's a ONE and DONE for me."

"We just received the worst service at Puerto Madero. We asked for a burger for my 7 year old, it was burnt! Ashes falling over!!! And the owner had the nerve to gaslight my mother and I and stated multiple times it was not burn that it was well done. My mom happens to be a chef and even when he disrespectfully asked her how to make one she gave him specific instructions. He attempted to exchange it for another burger but he was very clear we needed to wait another 20minutes (we had waited almost 40min for the burger and the rest of the food was still not at our table). My mother cut the outer parts and gave that to my son (he was hungry and did not want to wait any longer). The owner continued to be loud stating it was not burnt and he can only do an exchanged, knowingly that my son was hungry and we had been waiting for his food. I've only gone there a handful of time to dine in, the cook def. Burnt the food, even the steaks were burned on the edges. I will not be returning tonthus place! The desserts are always old, never fresh. The cakes are good but do not buy the desserts om display they are terrible."

"this use to be one of my favorites places for a quick stake. Unfortunately they have increased their price point and cut the quality of the food. I had their 8oz steak and it was low quality hard meat. The French fries low quality horrible pre Made,the russian salad was a joke and the simple rice was the cheap grain badly cooked. Sorry but im not going back anymore."
