"I really love Peruvian food. The quality, service and flavor of the food here is simply sublime. I’ve never had a bad experience here. Yes sometimes takes long to get your food but I can say without a doubt that it’s worthy. Never had a bad experience and it’s incredible that they give you free access to the sauces. Some places charge you. Keep the hard work guys! You rock!"

"Loaded fries were great and the only reason I'm not leaving less stars. We ordered the loaded fries and two chicken sandwiches. FYI: the sandwiches come with fries. Here is the catch; Sandwiches smelled, (the way chicken smells after being boiled in plain water and left in the fridge for a few days.) Definitely wasn't fresh. Even with mayo and their sauce I couldn't force myself to eat it. The only flavor the chicken had matched the smell forcing me to toss it in trash. I don't see us eating here again."

"Honestly ok. They use frozen fries which don’t have such a good taste on salichipapa, the salchichas were ok. Not so good, not so salted. There is definitely better but it’s a ok food truck."

"It was our first time trying it and wasn’t disappointed very large portion of rice and shrimp also very tasty, the chicken was pretty good. My favorite was the chicken sandwich it was delicious!! Also all the different sauces were pretty good."

"I've been dying to try this food truck after reading all the reviews since I love Peruvian food and often am a late night eater! Finally, got boyfriend and I over there to try their food after a good friend raved about his ubereats orders from them. They offer easy parking and tables with seating in front of their food truck so you can dine or wait for your food which is perfect since you can truly eat a full restaurant-quality Peruvian meal here. Their menu is pretty extensive and offers all the Peruvian classics at reasonable prices considering how large the portions are. We were hungry and definitely over ordered but decided to try both flavors of their empanadas, the anticucho, and the lomo saltado sandwich which costs us about $30 with leftovers for another meal to take home. The food did take some time to make and we did end up waiting a good amount but that's since they cook to order and had many (what I assumed was) online/to-go orders so maybe call in prior if you're not one to wait. The empanadas came out last but were piping hot and DELICIOUS----seriously, some of the most unique empanadas I have ever tried and I'm a food blogger that just spent a month eating empanadas. The corn and cheese empanada combined Peruvian corn and a freshly made cheese sauce similar to gooey mac and cheese. The Aji de Gallina empanada was on point in flavor and a little meal within itself with big chunks of potato in it. The anticucho was my favorite and was served with potato and corn----easily a whole meal itself rather than an appetizer. The portions of the meat were massive, tender, and had just the right smoky flavor. I would highly recommend it! The Lomo Saltado sandwich was just as delicious with large tender chunks of beef but fell apart when you poured the au ju sauce on it. They also offer a wide variety of house made sauces-----the olive one was delicious! All in all I will most definitely be back here to try more as I've heard the ceviche here is better than most restaurants. I've also been recommended this place by local Peruvians so the food is definitely authentic! IG:@KFitzEats"
