"Nice location, cool park for kids but: 1. The pork was dry and hard to eat, I personally had a hard time eating it and my daughter couldn't eat it at all 2. The steak smelled like it was expired and my wife decided not to eat it to prevent food poisoning 3. They charge extra for the kids park. There is another restaurant with an indoor concept -> Miami to Brazil Rodizio. You should learn from them, their indoor park has no upcharge. To make matters worst, its not just $10 for the park PER CHILD, but an extra $5 PER CHILD to ride a donkey that looked depressed. Coming in the door the place looked great, but suddenly we realized that everything had a price tag. Prices are way too high, we ended up paying almost $200 for a meal in a random rural place, I joked around and told my wife we could have spend the same amount in Brickell. Overall, as other reviewers have said, you can have a much better tasting meal and experience at Reyes which is just 5 minutes away, they might not have as nice of an outdoor park, but their park is free, and you will save over $100."

"The food, the service, and the atmosphere was good. This was the third time that we went to eat at Rincón Cubano. I was disappointed when I got home and realized that we doubled tip. I’m not blaming the restaurant for my oversight, what I find misleading is that they still include a tip chart with 15%, 18% & 20% at the bottom of the receipt. Normally when the restaurant includes the “Service Charge” the tip chart at the bottom is 5%, 7% & 9%, this way the customer has an option to leave an extra tip if they want to. My other issue is that they also charge you an extra 3% for using your credit card. They give you the option to pay cash, but that’s something that you don’t expect to see on your restaurant bill. I don’t know too many people that carry cash with them all the time, these days. I hope this review brings awareness to future customers. Make sure you look at your bill closely. You also shouldn’t be paying taxes on the 18% that they added for “Service Charge”. The copy of my receipt will show you that when you add the amount we spent for the food with the service charge and multiply it by 18%, you will see that it adds up to the tax amount on the receipt. They should only be charging you tax on the food and drinks. My review is solely to bring awareness, and I hope that management addresses these issue."
