"I placed an online order received a confirmation number and an estimated 25-35 minutes time of arrival for my food. I called an hour and a half later due too no delivery of food. They can’t find my order and when they do find it they say it was cancelled. Very inconvenient and they couldn’t tell me why the order was cancelled in the first place."
"The personal pan pizzas I ordered were good. Yet the cheesy bread, as you can see from the photo, lacks serious luster. There was barely any cheese, and the butter was tasteless. Let's do better!"
"Delivery driver didn't follow instructions to just leave order on my bench. He also persisted that I sign receipt when order was already paid! Pizza wasn't made as indicated in the instructions. By far THE WORST experience ever!"
"Feb 14 2022 - Don't order from this store! I guess they thought it would be funny to cut my pizza in about 18 pieces of all different sizes. Not sure why someone would do that. Pizza was also dry and gross. I wish I would have read ALL the other reviews before I ordered. Manager needs to be fired for letting the crew run wild back there. Order from another Pizza Hut. Papa John's is also about a block away."
