"The line to get your order over 20 mins. The food cold the fries hard and can not eat them. They are laughing, making jokes, and listening to music instead of doing there job."

"One doesn't expect much from a McDonald's but this place is different. GREAT SERVICE!! Every employee is very attentive. They always serve with a smile. I actually drive past my local McDonald's which is a few blocks from my home and go an extra 2 miles just to be served at this restaurant."

"I went with my family but I needed desperately to use the bathroom. Esther the cashier asked me if I was going to order. I said yes of course. She said no you can’t use the bathroom because you need to order first and a very rude way. We ended leaving. This is no the only McDonald around. I will definitely be back. Esther needs to know how to talk to people."

"We get it is McDonald's and not fine dining, but this restaurant needs a major attention on management and customer service. In the past two weeks, they have shown total disregard for service and the quality of the product they deliver. Last night it was just a mess and borderline disrespectful, when I was told to contact Uber because, "They have no time to deal with mistakes". This was all said in a tone that was condescending, while the young man that answered the phone laughed. Upon requesting to speak to the manager on duty, his reply was “she doesn’t want to be bothered” and proceeded to hangup the phone. Hopefully, someone from management or the corporate office is monitoring these reviews. Shame on all of you!"

"As for the food, everybody knows what McDonald’s food taste like but the way that they prepare it is just totally unqualified and unhuman mean for somebody to having a type of service like that to a customer. The service is also horrible always getting the wrong order and when you try to explain to them your order is incorrect and you give them your receipt they get mad they have horrible customer experience and always appear to be mad at working at a fast food place They handle your food with poor quality and throw it all around. Don’t even care to place it meet me in the bag they do not give you straws or napkins and if you ask for them politely, they still have an attitude when my family used to love McDonald’s Because it was a place that you went to with your family on a low budget But I can safely say that me and my family would not be spending our hard earned money in this store. This store should consider hiring a new management to take over and try to improve the customer service related to us and they should have proper training it is very inadequate and unacceptable. The behavior that goes on at this specific location."
