"I used to order from here quite often but after last week's experience no more. I ordered a breaded steak with rice and plantains, when I went to eat the steak it had been placed on top of the rice so it was soggy and the breading fell off. Also didn't have much flavor. I then proceeded to call them to tell them how I received the order and was told they were going to connect me to a manager which did not happen after more than 10 minutes I hung up. They definitely lost my business and on top of that it was super pricey."

"I have to be honest, I decided to do the review because after more than 2 years without visiting Polo Norte, I left the one place pleased with the service and the food. We were a big party, 15 people to be exact, including 6 kids. As expected the kids did not behave very well but the staff was really kind about that. It helped that we asked to be seated outside. The food was really good, kids had pizza, elders had palomilla with rice and beans, I ordered a frita cubana, that in my opinion is the best in Miami, we also ordered cuban sandwich, and vaca frita de pollo. Of course we ordered milkshakes and of course the antojitos, we loved that plate. All the food was good, well cooked and with excellent flavor."

"I would not recommend eating here. I ordered this food to go. My son started eating the chicken and I noticed that it was raw. I took the chicken away from him after he had already eaten a piece. I then opened the rest of the chicken to check it and it was completely raw. I called the store only to be told the manager was in a meeting and that he would call me back. I never received a call back. This is unacceptable and really concerning as someone can get really sick consuming raw chicken."

"I bought family size pizzas and they were both raw. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. I called and was given zero explanation. It’s unbelievable and unacceptable!!!"

"Nice pizza. Slow service. We ordered take-out ahead and went to pick up after 20 mins and still had to wait 15mins more. The place was packed. We enjoyed our pizza. Ordered shrimp pizza, ripe plantains and chorizo/Spanish sausage"
