"I go out of my way to visit this particular location because the staff and service is awesome. Chris is always on point when it comes down double checking your order to make sure nothing is missing. I'm not sure of his position there but that's the type of employee I would want running my business. Management material. The food is always cooked and prepared fresh. I will always drive the extra distance just to continue going to this location."

"I recently left this place, and I must say that it was a disappointing experience. This place consistently gives me awful experiences, although I try to be understanding. They never have everything on the menu. Every time you visit, they are never providing quality food. It was no corn and no cilantro garlic tonight. No Curry, Mustard, and No Pork last week. When carrying food packages out of the drive-through window, the employees behave carelessly, almost as if they've just finished working and are exhausted. Every time, the food is tossed around inside the packaging. And there's always a problem with the food, so you have to come back. Who knows, maybe there's a difficulty with the language barrier. However, each time I give them opportunities and money, the outcome is always the same."

"Parkland, FL. Surprise, they did great! I’m super wary of Pollo Tropicals, stopped patronizing them years ago, but today I was desperately hungry and my husband needed the bathroom so I came in and ordered my old favorite Mojo Pork Tropichop. Oh my goodness, everything was hot, fresh and seasoned perfectly! The whole place was clean. The bathrooms were clean! My order was done in 3 minutes with courtesy and a smile by I think his name was Neytam on the receipt (I ordered inside). The garlic cilantro sauce was as good as when I first ordered it 11 years ago for the first time! So take the other reviews with a grain of salt. I gave this PT a chance and they came through just fine."

"The location of this Pollo Tropical was amazing. The staff members were very nice. The drive thru staff were polite extremely courteous. Nate was the gentleman that took our order. His customer service was exceptional!!! We look forward to our next visit."

"I had high hopes and was starving. Lemme tell ya. Don't order the pie it was soured. I wasn't offered anything else but another slice of keylime pie. And once you've had the taste of soured keylime pie in your mouth you kinda don't want another handed to ya. The food was average and meat was thin on bowl and sandwich. The pork on the Cuba was dry as heck had a sip of sods with every bite. Chicken sandwich bread was so hard on edges it would chip your tooth."
