"Not safe !!! Since you want me to review the whole thing here it is. Not that I did not like this school, I was simply stating it is not safe if you are telling me a 3 year old is getting around campus when teachers are actively out with them. And since my story never happened please review your cameras when I picked my child up. Since NO ONE WAS IN THE OFFICE. I would not lie at all on my reviews. I have reviewed a lot of places as I’m a local guide and don’t need to lie to break down an establishment. Your location is on a busy road as it has multiple lanes of traffic with the 6 foot gates that are janky when you handle them. I enrolled my child because I liked your program and The director said you are in the process of getting security gates. But getting a call that your child is running through the gates and to multiple classrooms and almost off campus is scary on the parent. Not all of ur gates are 6 feet and they are easily accessible to children. Your security password brightwheel was no where near set up when I dropped my child off or when I picked him up. Im sorry I did not put this whole thing I didn’t think I needed to as I just wanted to touch on the safety of the campus. This is a cool school for kids but Next time if you dismiss someone can you please have the director do it out of professionalism because I was lost the way it was explained to me. The first day of attendance I was asked to pick my child up at 2:30pm because they weren’t staying inside the gates. When I arrived to pick my child up I was able to go right through the gates into the u locked office and just stand there and wait. None of the gates are locked or have security codes to enter any doors. A woman finally came and told me I can go to my child’s classroom (which is unlocked) to get them. The teacher handed me my child’s things and we left."
"I have 2 boys enrolled at IDiscover. They have been there for I want to say a total of 4 years now. To say the teachers are AMAZING is an understatement. As a first time mom I was scared to start this journey with my first son but Ms Stacey made it seamless. She had my first son and then my youngest. I love her and all of the teachers my boys have been blessed with along the way as they’ve aged and changed classes. The directors are firm when it comes to health policies and I am grateful for that knowing they go above and beyond to ensure my kids stay safe and healthy. The staff is very personable, kind and genuinely care about the kids. I couldn’t ask for better care when it comes to my boys. Every school has its flaws and I’m grateful to say I’m very happy and content with my boys care, education, teaching of our religion and morals and values that are taught daily at Idiscover."
"Teachers, care givers and boo boo fixers. Our two youngest have attended this school and we absolutely love them. Through the chaos of Covid they found a way to stay open and this alone helped us more than they will ever know with how chaotic work got. The teachers are kind and caring and overall amazing!!!"
"My son attended there for over 3 years and we had a great experience. The teachers were always understanding and helpful. The office staff was amazing and my son always enjoyed a trip to the front office when I'd come to get him early. Everyone was so helpful when my husband deployed too."
"My experience with this daycare has not been good. The only reason it received 3 stars was because my daughter's direct teacher was amazing (Mrs. Carol) but I think it is short staffed meaning lacking assistance to the immediate teachers. For example there were many times that I would arrive for pick up and the teacher would be completely alone with a high ratio of kids. The director on the other hand is very inappropriate and is insensitive to parental concerns or communication. Several incidents occurred with my daughter like being hit in the eye with a wooden block and it was brushed off like normal children behavior. As well as my daughter came home with a severe diaper rash that she did not go to school with, indicating to me that she was left in a soiled diaper for a very long time. I voiced my concerns to the director and requested more ointment that I provided to be put on her private area. However sometimes this would occur and sometimes she would come home with a raw diaper rash. In one occasion my daughter came home with feces in her private area. The worst part of my experience was my daughter missing three paid ($465) in full weeks of daycare and the director was not understanding that my daughter was having GI issues due to being on antibiotics. Additionally I raised concerns because I was beginning to feel singled out due to always being called to pick up my daughter due to a fever or GI issues and then seeing other children with runny noses as well as coughing. I expressed these concerns to the director like how is my daughter going to get better if there are still sick children in the classroom and the director stated that any child sick would always be sent home. However I did not see that and every time my daughter would return to daycare she would come back home sick. It just didn't add up. Then to top it all off the director kicked out my daughter with 1 day notice due to me calling about my concerns and questioning what was occurring. I find this completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I normally do not write reviews but I felt it was necessary so another parent does not have the same experience or at least can be prepared if they start noticing things that do not feel right."
